Return Policy
We want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
Return Requirements
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- All tags must be attached
- Items must be in original packaging
- Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned
How to Return
- Log in to your account and navigate to Order History
- Select the order containing the item(s) you wish to return
- Click "Start Return" and follow the instructions
- Print your prepaid return label
- Pack your items securely and drop off at any carrier location
Refund Processing: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? We recommend placing a new order for the desired item and returning the original for a refund. This ensures you get your new item as quickly as possible.
